- Company Information: Company name, business address, DOT/MC numbers, and fleet details
- Telephony Credentials: Third-party telephony API credentials you provide for messaging and call management (stored encrypted)
- Communications: Messages, call logs, and other communications managed through the platform
- Job Board Data: Job postings, applications, and related employment information
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, and unique identifiers
- Usage Data: How you interact with the Service, features used, and time spent
- Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, and referring URLs
2.3 SMS/Mobile Data
- Phone Numbers: Mobile phone numbers provided for OTP login verification and job applications
- SMS Consent Data: Records of your opt-in consent for receiving text messages, including consent timestamps
- Message Delivery Data: Delivery status and timestamps for system messages
- Contact Preferences: Your preferred contact methods (text, email, phone) as selected on job application forms

We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process and manage your account, including OTP verification
- Enable transportation management features for your company
- Facilitate messaging and communication through the platform
- Send system notifications, security alerts, and account updates
- Provide motor carrier reference data and compliance information
- Operate the job board and connect companies with drivers
- Improve and personalize the Service

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.
Important: Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
5. SMS/Text Messaging Privacy
When you use OTP-based login, receive system notifications via SMS, or opt in to job application text message communications:
- Your mobile phone number is used solely for account verification, system communications, and job application contact (when you opt in)
- Your mobile information is NOT sold, rented, loaned, traded, leased, or otherwise shared for marketing purposes
- SMS originator opt-in data and consent is NOT shared with any third parties
- Job application SMS consent is collected separately via an unchecked-by-default checkbox on the application form, with a recorded timestamp for compliance
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message
- Help: Reply HELP to any message or email support@qmodi.com
- Carriers: Wireless carriers (e.g., T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Communication logs managed through the platform are retained in accordance with applicable regulations and your company's retention settings. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting support@qmodi.com.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive data (such as telephony credentials), secure servers, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
